Registration & Prices

For organizing and better functioning reasons, we strongly advise you to pre-register. The sooner you pre-register the better discount you will get plus you will have priority to choose the classes you want to attend (there are a limited number of spots per class).

The Festival and Competition Early Bird registration is open till February 23, 2012.

How to Pre-register

Just click on the “Festival Passes”, “Milonga Passes” and/or on the “Competing Couple Special Festival  Passes” links below to select your pass.

Once you have chosen your pass, you can make your payment online by PayPal, with cash or by check.

Online payment:

Please note that there are some passes and milonga tickets that can be only
purchased with cash or check* (no online payment). To see which passes
are available to buy online click on the festival or competition passes links
below; to buy your pass online just click on “Purchase your pass” link on the
horizontal menu.

PayPal payment will be available from November 10, 2011 through March 31,
2012.

Please do enclose your complete name, email address, cell phone number and pass you are buying together with your check.

Once you have made your payment, you must fill in the Festival Form or (if you are competing), the Competition Registration Form. If you buy a Festival Pass including classes then you also need to fill in the Class Selection Form

Registration:

Please note that before taking any classes, you must obtain your admission bracelet, class or milonga tickets.

If you have pre-registered online, your bracelet, class or milonga tickets
may be picked up on Thursday April 5 at the festival reception desk in front of the Grand Ballroom at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Hotel (1800 Old Bayshore Highway, Burlingame, California 94010) from 9.30pm to 11.30 pm.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday at any time before or during the classes, or at the Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening Competition & Milongas from 7.30pm to 11.30pm.

Competition attendance tickets can be purchased at the door at a cost of $20 per person (only cash will be accepted).

Refund Registration Policy

• You must select the full amount of classes available in your chosen pass after registration is complete.
• Full refund if cancelled before January 5, 2012;
• 50% refund if cancelled before February 5, 2012;
• NO REFUNDS after February 5, 2012 – no exceptions, please
• You are entitled to attend only the classes you have selected in your pass.
• If a class you wish to attend is unavailable at the time of registration, please select an alternate class as a second choice.
• A registration cannot be shared and is not transferable.
